/jojo or /tools to get the clock

Sneak and click to turn on the TIme Rule (Limited Time while Stopped)

Click to Start/Stop

/dio or /jotaro to change your time rule and name in game (EX: Dio = 11 seconds)

Background: I built this plugin based off the anime JJBA (JoJo Bizarre Adventure) and as a way to test myself.
