YoSpammer
YoSpammer is a simple Anti Spam Plugin. You can configure how much messages per minute are allowed. If the Limit is reached the Player gets muted.
Commands

Config
The only thing to configure is YoSpammer.limit. You set it to your desired value. Be careful what you set and remember if you set 20 the 19th message will be sent but the 20th will get you muted.
