When i type /xcheck player or /xcheck it says Unknown command...

By the way if this has a dependency for Log Block why don't you have it listed? The only way i found this out is the server erroring...

If your xLevel is more than 150/200 to cancel mining of any ores.

it will be good this check to be make every 5 minutes after 1st check

hmmm, are you running java 7 on your server? I have a new version I am getting ready to upload in a day or so. That may help your issue. I am running this on a 1.4.2 server pretty much nonstop and have not bee having any real issues.

Love the plugin, but I'm always seeming to get this error on startup:

org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidPluginExcetption: java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: me/sourcemaker/XrayInformer/XrayInformer: Unsupported major.minor version 51.0

Something wrong with the version?

It won't startup and I want to use the plugin but can't

@bwinkl04, thank you for continuing this project. I've just added it in place of obfuscator. Many users complained about lag with it. This, while not automatic, should help combat those damn cheaters!!!

just i got an idea :)
Can u make if the % of Xray is more than % to block breaking of diamond and iron ores ?

Example/in the config:

Hey there,

I'm trying to build from source but I am having issues with the resultant jar.

It just doesn't seem to work at all when I use the since: parameter.

I built it using Java 1.7.

Any ideas?

Hello all, Wanted to let you know that after talks with sourcemaker, I have taken this project over. I have a few changes in the works, and plan to release a new version very soon. In the mean time, the latest version is stable on 1.3.x. Please feel free to give me any suggestions on changes or enhancements you would like to see.

Hey guys out there,

since nearly one year, the XrayInformer became one of the most downloaded anti-xray plugin in the minecraft community.

I started the project to protect our server from xrayers, but I had bad java knowledge. Some mates helped XrayInformer on its way to today. (Special thanks to don4of4 and darnell)

In this time, some developer made other, newer and better solutions than connecting to the LogBlock API and it's time to say "Goodbye" and wish everyone a xrayer-free server.

This project is now abandoned and so it's PUBLIC DOMAIN.
Choose whatever you want to do with this plugin.

If you don't have programming knowledge, consider to migrate to one of those:

The developer has at some pointed, added code to the plugin which checked a URL to see if there was a new version of the plugin released. This ran any time the plugin was enabled or loaded, which generally happens whenever the server starts, as well when a reload happens.

The developer forgot to put a time out on the code so it doesn't hang or freeze in the case the website can't be reached that checks the version. This is exactly the case of why its freezing your server, as the website it went to check is down or something so it can't be reached, making the code wait for a response or the minute long time out till it moves on.

An easy fix is to go to Xrayinformer's config.yml and make it the check_updates option in the config is false instead of true. It should read as:

check_updates: false

This will make it not check for updates when it loads, so until the website http://www.xwarn.com/version.php is back up, this will prevent it freezing for a bit upon start up. Once that website is back up you should be able to change it back to true for checking for updates.

Hi it seems that it's taking XrayInformer quite a long
time to load up on the server.
Every other plugin loads up quickly, but when
XrayInformer loads up, it takes about 30 seconds.
Any reason for that?
It works perfectly fine though, in-game.
I love the plugin!
