ExpTrade
Introduction
How often have you asked yourself "And what should I do with all of my 5 Level?" ? Now here's the Solution! Now you can send any Online Player some of your level!
You don't own an Enchantment Table or the needed Fortune III Diamond Pickaxe? No Problem! Just send someone your Levels and maybe he/she will enchant it for you!
Commands
It's as easy as giving birth! Commands are xpt <player> <levelamount> and xprequest <player> <levelamount>(v.1.4) with the Permissions xp.trade & xp.request ! Version 1.5 also adds xpt info <player> for seeing the levelamount of other People! Only with Permission xp.info !
Plans for the Future
At the moment I have no Plans on updating this Plugin, as it should work on +1.7.2 Versions (haven't tested it, just suspecting it). If you have any wishes, you can tell me either via PM or in the Plugin Commands ;)

Posted Nov 23, 2014I have a suggestion for the upcoming version:
- change plugin.yml's version number to the appropiate version (1.5 instead of 1.4 :D )
Thanks for the plugin btw ;)
edit: Okay, a more serious problem now. The default config (the one in the jar), is invalid
- http://dev.bukkit.org/paste/11012/ (yaml validators also don't like it ;-) )
Due to this, the config that is generated remains empty

Posted Oct 4, 2014Did you test this before you did it. Doesn't work for me. Says: org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidPluginDescription.Exception: main is not defined.
