What it is
When I was looking through the pluginsI didn't find any that just let you enchant items normally
This plugin lets you enchant any item to as high of a level as minecraft allows through simple commands with no in game experience needed.
As of v.0.3 you can enchant ANY item with any enchantment
commands
- All of these must start with /Enchanter
- Help - shows the list of commands
- Enchantments - shows a list of all the enchantments available
- Enchant [Enchantment] [Level] - enchants your help item with the chosen enchantment of the chosen level
- EnchantAll [Level] - enchants your held item with all available enchantments of the chosen level
- Remove [Enchantment] - removes the chosen enchantment from your held item
- RemoveAll - removes all enchantments from your held item

Config
- MaxEnchantmentLevel - Set the maximum level for enchanting an item
To Do
- Anyone have any suggestions?
Known Bugs
If you put an enchantment on an item then take them off it will still have the purple glow on it along with a light blue name and will not stack with other normal items
- If anyone finds any please create a ticket for it

Ok okay thanks! I was wondering if you could put a permission for custom enchant levels.. Like, say I have 2 ranks in my server, gold and diamond, I want gold to only be able to enchant up to level 5, while I want to allow the diamond ranked players to enchant up to lvl10.
This would be absolutely wonderful, no other enchantment plugin would match! :)

You can put any enchantment with any item and the names pretty much give away what items they are supposed to go with especially if you know what the enchantment does.

Posted Jan 23, 2013make a menu that shows a specific list of enchantments to the item you're holding. say you have a sword and type /encanter why would you want to see some protector options pop up? sometimes people forget what goes with what.

It should still work however, the Thorns enchantment isn't there. I think when I update it I'll make it so that you can enchant it to any item too instead of just on damageable items.

Posted Nov 24, 2012works with 1.4.2 servers and also I love the remove option .. where you Enchanter enchantall then do /enchanter remove silk_touch . Fantastic plugin which is deserving of a donate button in my opinion .

Posted Nov 15, 2012Hi there, I was having some trouble with sharpness enchanting I type '/enchanter enchant damageall' and it doesn't work, it just comes up with 'You must use a correct enchantment'
What should I do?

This should work in 1.4, To my knowledge none of the methods that I use in this have changed but since some enchantment stuff has changed it is possible that it's broken.

Posted Oct 2, 2012can you make a plugin that uses only /enchant <name> <level>, and results to enchant the weapon/tool you have in your hand? i saw this in a plugin pack like AdminCMD or SimpleAdmin or Essentials, but... i dont like packs, i like separated functions
obviously the /enchant command is for op/permissions only, not for default

I don't know but I would guess so because I just try to add the enchantments I believe to whatever you are holding so it should work.
