wTools

wTools is an essential admin tools suite, which i created for my server. It offers:
- an complex map time locking utility with realtime function: it allows to effectively lock the time of day on chosen map, it even allows to simulate the reallife time on server (this is actually not that accurate because Minecraft daycycle is inaccurate). It's using Java time (not the NTP one) to simulate the realtime.
- votekick/voteban function which uses Bukkit ScoreBoard API: every player can vote against some player and choose the punishment method (kick or ban).V ote system is based on points - you need to gain some amount of points to actually kick or ban somebody. Needed points quantity depends on punishment type, on quantity of players and on sum of whole points that every single player can give (the amount of points that player can give can be different for every player, you can find permissions for it on the Permissions page and the config of this function on the Config page).
- quiz for starters: if you were searching for lightweight quiz for freshmans on your server, this is for you! When player is joining for the first time, he sees the welcome information (which is fully configurable) and the first question. He answers by typing the letter of the answer on chat (for example, if the correct answer is A, he types just A on chat). He won't see the chat and nobody will see what he's typing unless he'll pass the quiz. He also can't use any commands. Relogging won't work either - player is forced to do the quiz. Questions are randomly viewed from the config, so nobody can give him hints about solving the test. At least it won't be that simple. :]
- lightweight private message system with full changed display name support: this is really similar to Essentials message system, but this is supporting changed nicknames (eg. when you have changed nick from TheTroll01 to TheDwarf31, players can communicate to you by /msg TheTroll01 and /msg TheDwarf31)
- an... clock with NTP server support: the ultimate one-command hyper-accurate watch for players! You only need to type "/thetime" command, and you'll see time downloaded from NTP server defined in your config file! (You can't change time zones, though).
- and it actually activates the sign color tags with a single permission: every player who has wtools.signcolor permission can use normal color tags on signs, just like on chat (it supports vanilla color codes with '&' prefix).
wTools is Vault-dependent and lag-free (no penguins were hurt during test!). You can use every single feature of it alone by simply not giving any permissions to the rest of them.
My plugin is almost fully configurable and you can change every single message that is sent to player.
