Description
Waypoints is a simple yet useful plugin that will allow server OP's to create multiple spawn points so that when a player dies they will respawn at the closest waypoint to their death location rather than default spawn. This is useful for sever admins who want to create an RPG style death system.Commands
/wp or /waypoint - displays all the commands/wp or /waypoint [set] <name> - (Player only) Creates a waypoint at your current location with the name "<name>"
/wp or /waypoint [delete] <name> - Deletes the waypoint you named
/wp or /waypoint [list] - Displays a list of all current waypoints
Known Bugs:
none that I know ofif you notice an issue, please try to give me as much information as possible so I can attempt to recreate the problem and start working on a fix asap.

Added multi-world support hopefully
Fixed a major bug that involved multiple people dying around the same time
v1.1-1 - Changed the name back to Waypoints and updated the commands to reflect this change

Can you make permissions in the config? This is one of the most simple plugins out there and would like for players to use it and not need to OP them.

Hello, I downloaded you're plugin (Of course after I did the prerequisite) and I can't add a waypoint whatsoever! I type the command and nothing happens, i type in /wps list and nothing comes up at all. When I try to do /wps go <TeleportRoom> nothing happens. So when i just type /wps, this error comes up in the console.

Hey Krooked590. I'm doing some multi world stuff on my server, and need a separate warp system for a certain world. How long do you think it'll be before your plugin has PermissionsEx support, so I can block your plugin in all worlds but the one I need?

I can join but would u be ok with me having OP so I can test the commands? I doubt that u will say yes but I need to be able to test some things cuz when I'm on my test server everything works fine. Btw I will be doing an update soon do that this plugin will work with PermissionBukkit and PermissionsEx.

And i setted up a graveyard and doesnt return people there but the regular spawn at another world.

Posted Jul 17, 2012also the original plugin has been updated as well: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/fearthereaper/, so i will be changing the name of this back to Waypoints and updating all the commands to reflect the change.this way people will have a simpler second option for a plugin of this type.

hmmm do you get any errors at all or does it just do nothing. because i did a lot of testing before i released it and i have multiverse installed on my test server and i was able to set up spawns anywhere and i never went back to spawn.

Tested it, when a player dies on another world, goes back to the spawn, not the nearest graveyard. :(

Posted Jul 15, 2012i am currently working out the bugs that have been reported to me. i am also currently working on making this plugin have mulit-world support as well as permission support. while working i have noticed a major bug that will cause this plugin to fail for some players on respawn. if you are using this plugin please keep in mind that i am working on some issues and i will try my best to get an update out as soon as i can. thanks.

Posted Jul 7, 2012Ok I am going on vacation starting on Sunday so I won't be able to work on this until at least next Monday. I will see how far I can get in the little time I have tomorrow but I will definitely start working on this as soon as I get back.
