WorldSpawns
WorldSpawns is a simple, lightweight plugin for setting spawnpoints on a per-world basis, as well as some complimentary features such as setting up a hub teleport, and teleporting players when they join.
Features
- Set a separate spawn for every world
- Set up a server-wide hub teleport (optionally)
- Configure whether players should be teleported when they respawn, join or are joining for the first time
- Configurable teleport delays and cooldowns
- Multi-language support (see here for a list of supported languages)
- Supports Bukkit/Spigot/Paper/Folia

I am aware of 1.14's release, but as of right now only development builds of Spigot and such are available, which aren't meant for use on production servers. Therefore I will lay off on an update to 1.14 for now.

No, the permission for teleporting him or herself is simply worldspawns.spawn, which every user has by default, but for teleporting other players, the user must have the permission worldspawns.spawn.players, or he or she has to be an operator.
