World Protect
This plugin allows you to specify an area with /addarea x1 y1 z1 x2 y2 z2. In areas specified like this players wont be allowed to break, place, explode and interact with blocks. If you want to delete such an area you can use /removeAreax1 y1 z1 x2 y2 z2.
