Permissions
- worldchat.bypass : Player can prefix message with "!wc " to send the message to everyone on the server, not just in the same world as them.
- worldchat.spy : Player can see all messages, regardless of which world (useful for admins and mods)
- worldchat.<subcommand> : Required for the player to use the corresponding subcommand of the /wc commands.
- worldchat.admin : All above permissions.
