Simple April Fools' day plugin.

Sets a nyan pink wool as helmet for players who doesn't have it. In addition, it writes "YOU HAVE BEEN NYANED" to everybody who had been nyaned :).

Very simple;
Easy to install: just move to plugins dir, reload server and write /fullnyan command;
Uses ops permissions;
No configs;
Small size;
