XpShop
xpshop is a all new bukkit plugin allowing PvP and PvE servers to handle their economy in a different way and allow people to use their xp as a economy to buy and sell goods. The xp system is underused in minecraft and is only realy used for enchanting weaponary. With this plugin server admins can allow players to use their hard earned xp in a new way.
Setup
It is easy to set up, all you have to do is put a sign up like the folowing and then XpShop will format it correctly.
1st line - XpShop 2nd line - item quantity 3ed line - Item number 4th line - buy price:sell price
Eg, the following sign will let someone buy a stack of stone for 10xp and sell a stack for 5xp.
1st line - XpShop 2nd line - 64 3ed line - 1 4th line - 10:5
Permissions
This plugin uses vault to handle perms, this should all work but if not please tell me and i will sort it out
- xpshop.buy -> to buy from a xp shop
- xpshop.sell -> to sell to a xp shop
- xpshop.make -> to make xp shops (warning: as the shops at the moment have infinite items and infinite xp attached to them this should only be given to trusted users)
Dependencies
- Vault -> used for permission, not fully dependent but otherwise you need to be oped to do anything
ToDo
- Add non admin-store shops

Is it possible to sell any item with this plugin? I wanted a nice way people could buy spawn eggs and brewing ingredients.
Edit: never mind, i worked it out.
Next question - can you sell multipuls of the same items, example: 64 stone blocks?

Sorry, it was very late last night when i was trying to release this build and i ran into a couple of problems. I have just updated the changelog on the build download quickly but not much was added in this build only the support for the new permissions systems.

Posted Apr 18, 2012I have removed the pex dependency now but I am on My iPod so I can't test or release a new build, though I did commit it onto GitHub.
