Wither Block- No More Withers!

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

The very first plugin to block withers! No commands or config! Its that simple!

Well that would be nice. I was hoping for something like this, I expected it to end up in world guard or even essentials, but as essentials doesnt even have something to stop zombies breaking doors, I guess this is the way to go for withers.
