WhitelistCommand
WhitelistMessage is a simple plugin that will show the the message stored in a text file within the plugins/WhitelistMessage/ directory whenever a player that is not on the white-list attempts to connect to the server. This was created for administrators of white listed servers to point new players to their websites.
It currently only supports one line files, and the author is unsure if minecraft will allow more than one line of text in a Kick message.

Posted Feb 9, 2012This works great! Make sure you try out the more then one line, that would be a great addition. If possible to add an in game command that could change what people see...
