Brief Explanation:
This plugin allows person specific weather. If the player has permission it can change its weather to rain or clear. And if it has another permission it can change other people’s weathers. Some people might really want this plugin because in some servers people complain they are experiencing lag because of rain, and you don’t want to deal with that. This also allows people who want rain experience rain.
Commands:
/weatherrain
/weatherclear
/weatherrain <playername>
/weatherclear <playername>
Permissions:
Weather.*:
Description: Gives access to all commands.
Weather.other:
Description: Gives access to change other people's weather.
Weather.me:
Description: Gives access to change weather for yourself.

Will be a great help to my players who get tons of lag do to the rain! just one thing, i noticed that when i do the /weatherrain. will make it rain for me even if its not raining on the server. is this suppose to happen? thanks again for all your hard work in this plugin!
