WaterProof
Quote from Siguza:The Future?
Since Spigot is still standing and Sponge is slowly getting somewhere, I'm not exactly sure what to do with my plugins, but I'll stick around.
I think I will port most of my plugins to Sponge, but some (like NBTLib) will hopefully not be necessary anymore.
For now, I've set all my projects to "inactive", except for VirtualPack, which I will keep compatible with Spigot, until I ported it to Sponge. If you really want to see any of my other plugins updated to Spigot, just comment on its project page.

I spoke to Intellii, CoreProtect should soon be able to log block breaks when using WaterProof. ;)

Hmm, that's what I thought, but when I filed a ticket relating to this plugin, he rejected it. Well, thanks for replying to my comment, I'll go see what I can do...

It triggers the exact same event as normal water and lava: BlockFromToEvent.

Posted Mar 3, 2013This plugin is awesome, because no other plugin does what this one does (increasing my dependency on this one), and because I can render dirt bridges over lava absolutely impossible. In short, this is great both for creative building (redstone underwater), and for realism (no soft materials in lava).
Also, when lava removes blocks that don't normally get burnt, does this trigger some kind of block-removal event? I use CoreProtect, and it's not logging any extra blocks that get burned by lava. I asked the developer there, but he told me this (quoted verbatim):
"CoreProtect can't log changes by third party plugins, unless the authors of those plugins put in a way to notify CoreProtect (etc) of the changes. Bug the authors to trigger a block break event or something."

Posted Jan 28, 2013Hi There is some kind of bug in the water flow algorithm. When i add this plugin the water and lava starts behaving strange (it does not flow, 1 block thats all, it flows only for 3 blocks). It is random sometimes it works other it does not.
