WarningPlus (now Warning++)
This is Warning++. Warning++ lets you keep track of troublemakers on your server. It will provide you with easy info about who you should keep an eye out for. It will notify OPs when these players enter the server. It's easy to use, but powerful (perhaps in its simplicity)...

Commands
- /warnhelp : displays all available commands
- /warn <player> <reason> : warns a player with a given reason
Permission: warningplus.warn
- /warncheck <player> : displays info about a player's warnings (number of warnings and who has warned the player)

- /warnlist <player> <page>: lists the player's warnings (with pagination)

- /warnreset <player> : resets a player's warnings
