This is a Bukkit Plugin that let you warn players.

Commands
/warn
Description:
alias: /w
Shows the SuperWarn help menu
/warnplayer <player> <reason>
Description:
alias: /wp <player> <reason>
1st Time they get a message with the reason
2nd Time they get kicked
3rd Time they get banned for 1 hour
4rd Time they get banned forever
/warnclear <player>
Description:
alias: /wc <player>
Clears the warning of the player
Permissions
warn.warn
Description:
Gives the player the permission to see the SuperWarn help Menu
warn.player
Description:
Gives the player the permission to warn a player
warn.clear
Description:
Gives the player the permission to clear the warning(s) of a player
