Overview
VoxelSniper is the premier long range map editing tool for Minecraft. This mod allows you to edit any block that you can see using an arrow (for replacing) and a gunpowder (for adding). It is best used by those with a strong attention to detail and fits a wide array of applications, from making detailed edits to structures with the snipe brush, to making massive terraforming jobs a breeze with some of the earth shattering soft selection tools.
Metrics
This plugin utilises Hidendra's plugin metrics system, which means that the following information is collected and sent to mcstats.org:
- A unique identifier
- The server's version of Java
- Whether the server is in offline or online mode
- The plugin's version
- The server's version
- The OS version/name and architecture
- The core count for the CPU
- The number of players online
- The Metrics version
- The number of Snipers/LiteSnipers online
- The number of times Brushes are used
Opting out of this service can be done by editing plugins/Plugin Metrics/config.yml and changing opt-out to true.

Posted Jul 16, 2013So, i got the plugin with 1.6.2 but i have a problem. Most of my OPs still play survival mode and they where right clicking stuff with a arrow not knowing the effect. Any way to disable this?

Even with that build on 1.6.2 I get: 12:48:20 AM CONSOLE: exception executing command 'b' in plugin VoxelSniper v5.168.6-SNAPSHOT-jnks214 12:48:20 AM CONSOLE: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/server/v1_6_R2/EntityLiving 12:48:20 AM CONSOLE: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.minecraft.server.v1_6_R2.EntityLiving
It is the latest dev build, it even says that in the error.
Apparently to use VoxelSniper on 1.6.2 use the second to newest build:
http://ci.thevoxelbox.com/job/VoxelSniper/213/ edit Scratch that, I was using the first build of spigot they said was for 1.6.2, but it was not quite set up for it, if you are using spigot, update to the latest.

1.6.2 Build, just look here all the time, and look at the left column and look for "NEXT BUILD" but heres the one for 1.6.2

Posted Jul 10, 2013Anyone else having a problem using the newest build on 1.6.2? I get "org.bukkit.command.CommandException: Unhandled exception executing command 'v' in plugin VoxelSniper v5.168.6-SNAPSHOT-jnks214" when I do /v. On enabling it says:
"java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/server/v1_6_R2/EntityLiving 10.07 14:26:08 [Server] SEVERE Error occurred while enabling VoxelSniper v5.168.6-SNAPSHOT-jnks214 (Is it up to date?)".

I have a problem, a big, voxelsniper 1.4.7-R01 was installed in my server who is in 1.6.2 and he said when I use /b "an internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command"
I don't understand why he said this?
maybe because I'm in 1.6.2? maybe it doesn't work?
