VoteChest

Short functional explanation of the plugin
This plugin gives a Key Item to Players as a Vote-Reward this Key can be used to open a Chest to win a Item Price specified by your own. 
This principle is known from many large servers.

How to setup?
1- Drop the jar in your plugins folder and restart the server

2- Go to the Plugin Folder "VoteChest" to implement your 

3- Grant yourself OP rights or "Votechest.Admin" Permissions

4- Add a normal Chest to your Inventory and enter the Command /VoteChest Create

5- Place the Chest from your Inventory to the Place you want. The VoteChest now has been created an is ready to use

6 - for test purposes, players can be given a Vote key with the command /votechest givekey <playername>.

7 -For players to get a Vote key at Vote, add this command to your Vote plugin (let this command execute when a player has voted)

Commands and permissions:
All Commands require the OP or Permission: Votechest.Admin
The VoteChest can be used without adding any Permissions

Configurations you can make:

Items:
Configure here the items that should be included in Vote Chest. pay attention to the syntax "<itemname> / <Weightning of the Item>".

All weights of the items together make up 100%, then the percentage chance of winning an item is calculated based on its weighting relative to the 100%

itemName:
Configure the name of the Vote Key here

Messages:
- done: Message that shows up after the giveKey Command was executed

-prefix: defines the Prefix of the Plugin in the Chat

no_permissions: defines the No Permissions Message

won_message: defines the Message the Player gets when he won an Item

The placeholder <item> can be used to display the Itemname won

must_use_key: displays a Message if the Chest gets pressed withoud a valid Vote Key
