About
This plugin allows players anonymously to vote against banning a player. Once a player has been successfully vote-banned it will then run a customization list of commands from the configuration. It uses scoreboards to display the current progress of a vote.

Permissions
- voteban.start - Allows a player to voteban with /voteban <target> [reason].
- voteban.vote - Allows a player vote using /voteyes or /voteno.
- voteban.exempt - Stops the player from being vote-banned.
Features
- All messages can be changed via the config, also supports colour codes.
- The time players have to vote can be changed via the config.
- The plugin can run any commands on ban, set via the config.

Try reading the config.yml before you take the time to leave a comment telling me my free work isn't up to your standards. You can configure the command run when a player is banned so start by changing that. Since it's a voting plugin, the majority will decide when the player is banned - not when a certain amount of votes are reached.

Posted Sep 2, 2013I would recommend a few things for this plugin. There should be a command that overrides a vote, so it stops the vote. There should also be a cool-down timer that can me modified in the config. So people don't spam the same user and the command over and over again. Also, there should be a permission node that disallows the voting for a particular group, ex: admins. Other than those three features, I think this plugin is great! I'm using it on my server, and that's what I see that needs to be added, so it isn't abused. Thanks! EDIT You should also include a reason for the ban. Ex: /voteban %player% trolling . Then the value %reason% in the config will display the reason for the vote.

All strings are editable through the config, so it's not really needed as server admins can just change it to their language though that.
