VoidtoSpawn
Simple plugin that teleports you to a World's Spawn when falling into the Void.
How to Use
Simply download the Jar file, drop it into your plugins folder, and restart your server. The plugin will automatically take effect, no configurations or settings need to be changed or set.

We use a void world on our server with a bunch of floating islands and the void around it. So we made this to allow players that fall into the void to be teleported to spawn. I do like the idea of having the option to ascend to the nearest free block above you though as well, since that would be good for those times where chunks don't seem to load fast enough and players fall into the void.
We'll look into adding the option along with multi-world support.

I don't know if I've ever fallen into the void but maybe from lag or something or if I was in creative mode maybe.
What I was thinking is, isn't there a plugin somewhere that lets you go to the block highest above you? I think maybe it's one of these from WorldEdit. http://wiki.sk89q.com/wiki/WorldEdit/Getting_around
So then shouldn't it be possible, if there are blocks above you to go up to the top, or at least to a block beside that one if no blocks exist above you?
Or perhaps it could also be possible to simply have it cast some command of our choice from a config file...
Just some thoughts anyway. =)
