Vita Tolles
Self explanatory, in early development (I made it in like 2 hours and thought I'd put it on curse).
Source can be found on GitHub and there is one permission node for admins which gives access to /sethealth which is vitatolles.managehearts
When a player fully dies they go into spectator, they can be revived by being given a heart.
