This plugin contains some basic functions for donors of the server in a lightweight plugin which in turn is friendly to Mojang's eula to give no advantage when playing:

Bazooka = right click air with a gold hoe!!

how does it break the eula? it gives a benefit of giving your health back way faster, as normal users cant use that
