Plugin allows your special players , with permissions use an effect . Look down , in permissions section , to know all effects included in plugin.
Features
- Allow player use a effects with custom Time and Strenght
- Player ned wait before use a next effect
- Also u can make your own effect , look in config
- Cool sidebar which shows you a countdown , befroe use a next effect (Special edition only)
- Other players without permissions , can buy an effect for money (Requires vault)
- All features ar customized and can be disabled in config.

Make sure you have Java 1.7 Installed! It's required to run my plugin!

Posted Dec 25, 2013I placed the jar file, but when I run the server i can't find the file that has the config inside it, when I do /pl or /plugins, VIPABILITY shows up in red name which means it is off. Help please? I really need this plugin for my server

Posted Dec 24, 2013You could try change commands to: /ve(VipEffect) <args> and use arguments, and second idea its you can use yaml storage and files to create custom effects in folder. Its so faster way to creating and using plugins. You can do this ? :P
