Description:
This plugin is designed for server admins who are tired of typing in long commands just to rank a player! Now all that they have to do is a simple easy to use /rank <name> <group> [world].
Features:
- A simple, easy to use command to rank players!
- Support for customized broadcast messages!
- Support for customized messages to user on rank changes and to the ranker!
- Supports color codes by using the & delimiter!
- Support for ranking offline players!
- Support for name auto-completion!
- Logging support for changes to ranks!
Commands:
/rank <name> <group> [world] Aliases: setrank, setgroup
- Set the rank of a user with a simple, easy to use command!
/rank reload
- Reloads the configuration for VaultRank without reloading the entire server!
Configuration:
Wildcards: {RANKER}, {RANKED}, {RANK}
messages:
- to-ranked-player: The message show to the ranked player.
- to-online-players: The message to show to other players on the server.
- to-ranking-player: The message to show to the ranking player.
general:
- log-changes: If set to true, all in-game changes will be recorded in log.txt.
- auto-complete: If set to true, partial names will be filled with the players full name for online players.
Permissions:
- vaultrank.reload: Allows permission to reload the configuration from the disk.
- vaultrank.rank.group: Allow players to rank others to the given group.
- vaultrank.notify-update: Players with this permission will be notified when updates are available.
Dependencies/Conflicts:
- Vault
- A Permissions plugin supported by Vault

Posted Dec 15, 2012When the hole Plugin files are i the Plugin Folder, I start up my Server again (I've tried Reload) it's like I've never put it in there. I don't have InGame. Do anyone have that problem? At least can they help me?

Then I want the Admin rank ONLY to be able to rank guest to member, NOT member to awesome

Not by default however say your rank is &4Admin and you do /rank [name] &4Admin the message will be color coded with &4.

Second, I would like to ask something, Is it possible to make it to say when I promote someone to Moderator it shows the word 'Moderator' in Orange (&6) while if I promote someone to say, Admin it will show it in Red (&4)? Thanks

Posted Aug 26, 2012very nice plugin you have, and I can confirm it works with CB build 2355. Is it possible to configure individual player messages based on the group they get changed to? For example: player is promoted to a member "congrats, type ... commands, etc." player is promoted to moderator "completely different string than the one before"
If that's possible, I'd really love such a feature. Either way, I love that rank change receivers now know they changed ranks. Thanks!

Posted Aug 25, 2012AHH! Major problem. I just realized this has been seriously screwing up my ranks. Everyone I have used /rank on has lost all their other ranks and their custom titles I tediously entered!
I thought it just added players to a rank like /pex group [group] user add [user], but it has been removing people. GRR
Please change this or add a setting to choose to *add only* and not remove.

I have people in multiple groups some with ladders and some without. This plugin removes all the other groups outside the one promoted, it should just remove the one associated with the ladder.

This could very well be implemented in a future release.

I may have to disable the parsing of _ for groups however I think it occurs more often that people have their groups as something like A Rank and Another Rank instead of A_Rank or Another_Rank. But I do see where your coming from with that.
