What is Vampire?
With this plugin anyone can become a vampire, but do you want to? During daytime vampires cower from sunlight. During the night the humans reach for their holy water and wooden stakes as the vampires roam the lands with inhuman strength, speed and levitation-powers. Driven by their endless bloodlust, they devour all living in their way. Vampires...
- are destroyed by sunlight.
- are extremely vulnerable to wood and holy water.
- spreads the dark disease through combat and their own blood.
- kill and drink blood instead of eating food.
- regenerate health quickly at the expense of food-level.
- won’t be attacked by monsters unless the vampire attacks first.
- take no fall- or suffocation-damage.
- have stationary food level unless in bloodlust mode.
- move faster, jump higher and damage more with bloodlust.
Install
- Stop your server.
- Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder. Download MassiveCore here on BukkitDev.
- Put Vampire.jar in your plugins folder.
- Start your server again.

Posted Dec 16, 2011I need some help withe this plugin. Vampires aren't taking fire damage. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Fire flashes on the screen like normal bu tit then dissapears and you take no damage.

Posted Dec 11, 2011Hey Vampire guys! I was wondering if there was a command I could do to targetself, such as..
/v cure (auto cure self)
I'm using a werewolf mod and I want them to be cured of vampire when they transform (I dont want vampire-werewolves running around)
So far I'm achieving this by using spoutmaterials which lets me create a wand that will shoot off special commands, such as... /v cure.
When I do this in game its making me /v cure "player" I've tried /v cure %n but its not going to work =)

Posted Dec 8, 2011I ripped apart my plugins. Dynmap amongst 2 other plugins were making the PASS EVENT to crash.
T4L Remove all of your plugins and enable just vampire + bukkit + permissions and see if it works. From there enable 1 plugin at a time and test to see if you can become a vampire.

Posted Dec 7, 2011Some users are experiencing no damage in daylight sometimes. Most of the time it works, but on some occasions it doesn't
Any chance I can make Vampires burn in less light also? I feel like they should be burning much more consistently.

Posted Dec 5, 2011Is it possible to turn on/off things like: a. the altar b. being able to only use bread to cure the disease c. players getting infected from melee combat d. have the player lose the infection if they die.
Also, what methods can players contract the disease by default?

No need for CommandHelper. Just edit the conf.json. The entry you are interested in is "baseCommandAliases"
