uSkyBlock
This DevBukkit page is being updated again with current releases and links to the maintained uSkyBlock project. We had lost access to the DevBukkit project page for some time, but have now regained it and are bringing it back up to date.
uSkyBlock is an open-source Skyblock plugin for Paper and Spigot.

I think that WE isn't placing the items right due to the fact that it's not fully support the 1.9 version.
The restart should clear the area and I have tested this on our server. If there are blocks left this could be a client issue and going to spawn or a restart could fix this. Also the use of AWE could help.
There are a lot of things changed in 1.9 so chance a bug appears can still happen.

I had the world spawn in a custom schematic with the multiple chests pre-filled. The plugin took over the main island's chest, which isn't a problem. I simple reconfigure the items to suit what I want. But the secondary chest is just empty.
After some research it seems this is a limitation of WorldEdit - which I believe your plugin utilizes. I should also mention that it is being used on a 1.9 server, so the way the chests are populated are a bit different now. Mind you, the plugin still works as advertised!
New question: when "restarting" an island, it doesn't seem to delete the old island. It will just overwrite the existing one, leaving previously added pieces to your island. Does the plugin have an erase mode? Or does it simply copy over the schematic without air? A suggestion, if not already a feature, would be to wipe the play area clean with solid air. Then fill it with your schematic afterwards. May just be a 1.9 issue? Should be an easy fix?

Where X & Z are the opposite corners of your island plot (default 128x128)

Sorry for the late reply but RL has been busy.
The skyblock you are referring too is not a plugin, it's a "single player" map (a very well made one too) and not intent to be used on a server.
Due to the fact it's based on a single player map you indeed have only 1 option for an "End" world.
For a server you can with the use of Multiverse-Core or other world creating plugin you can add for a server the world skyworld_the_end and this will automatic link the worlds then as it does with the Nether.
Now your question about multiple chests should be sorted from uSkyblock v2.6.3. You are able to add items through the config for the default chest, as normal, but your also allowed to make custom schematic(s) with items in the chests. These should then be ready for use as soon they create or restart the island.
The new option we added for choosing islands (the podzol block in the main GUI) also gives the opportunity to add extra items to a chest through the config, but only the default chest will be able to receive those items.

Posted Mar 12, 2016First off, I have to say this is a wicked plugin! Few questions:
End world support? I have a version of Skyblock that I found called "End of Skyblock" . Very interesting concept and includes the possibility of finding every item in game. The end wouldn't work in a mass server (all sky locks in one world) as there is only one end... But if you used the multiverse, then it would be possible to have separate ends.
Multiple Chest Populating - the version of Skyblock I used to play had two islands each with a chest. No issues, schematic file I have uses this particular setup. The issue I have is the chest population. Is it possible to configure the second chest to contain certain items?
For example, I'm used to... Spawn chest: - ice block - lava source (impossible now so a bucket of lava) - red mushroom
Sand island chest: - watermelon slice - pumpkin seed - 10 obsidian blocks
Nether chest: - second ice block - other saplings - reed - brown mushroom

Posted Mar 11, 2016Found a bug. Now that mobs spawn at spawn for me. If in the config file it says for visitors to not be able to kill mobs at islands then people cant hit mobs at spawn BUT if I make it so people can hit mobs at islands then mobs can be hit at spawn

You can use WG for that and set it in the "global" region, check the WG documentation for the right flags.

uSkyblock is not messing with the spawning of mobs so I don't know what it can be then.
EDIT: After some additional testing we have found some issue's that prevent us from spawning mob eggs in the spawn area while no WG flag was set for this.
We are looking into this further.
