uSkyBlock
This DevBukkit page is being updated again with current releases and links to the maintained uSkyBlock project. We had lost access to the DevBukkit project page for some time, but have now regained it and are bringing it back up to date.
uSkyBlock is an open-source Skyblock plugin for Paper and Spigot.
Start on a small floating island, build it into something thriving, complete challenges, and team up with other players to push your island further.

looks to me like you have the config setting "sendToSpawn" set to true (default) but not got the EssentialsSpawn.jar but not sure on that

Now I can't use /is restart and I can't delete islands... Everyone lost their islands as well...

After some testing, WolrdGuard 6.0 (beta 5) prevent non-members to hit mobs !
But now, it doesn't require any flags to have a protection, just the region is enought to protect breaking blocs, chests, doors, etc..

The Spigot hack is basicly a 1.7.9/10 server so use the version for that.

If you wnat to use the WG5.9 your best bet is to use the 1.7.9/10 version.

Sorry to bother you so much, but Vault 1.5.x (which is required by uSkylock 1.8) isn't compatible with 1.7.10 server..
But, I didn't understand one thing, why don't you update uSkyblock 1.7 to WG 6.0 ?

Reg. WG 6 vs WG 5.9 - the WG default flag handling has changed quite a bit between the two - so, the two versions (1.7.9/WG5) and (1.8/WG6) has different code, even though WG 6 can run on a 1.7.9.
If you have WG6, and are running 1.7.9 - odds are, you will be able to use the 1.8 version of uSkyBlock - though - test the region-stuff, and keep an eye on your server-log.
