uSkyBlock
This DevBukkit page is being updated again with current releases and links to the maintained uSkyBlock project. We had lost access to the DevBukkit project page for some time, but have now regained it and are bringing it back up to date.

We did find a format that works for potions, the disadvantage is that it doesn't tell you in the challenges GUI what potion is needed.

We generally block players from spawning stuff on others islands - that includes chickens and spawn-eggs. Trustees and members should be able to do it though.
Withers can do a lot of harm, and not only to your own island, so they are tied to the spawnees island. If they move outside of that region, they will be despawned.
This can be controlled with the options.protection.withers config option.

About the withers I have to try some more testing but that will be tomorrow. So far it seems I cant reproduce it. It could be a mc1.8 issue as I test in mc1.10.2.

In your uSkyblock config have you set the nether enabled true or false?
Due to your setup our nether feature will automatic be disabled, this because of the distance/protectionRange setting.
If in the config this is still enabled you might need to set it to false as it still could create regions in the WorldGuard folder for the nether world. In your WorldGuard/worlds folder you will find the skyworld_nether region file, remove this (backup at first) and your players should be able to use the nether again.
As for the wither issue, there isn't a permission to allow/disallow the spawning of them, atleast not from us. I dont think Group Manager could be the issue but I do use PEX.

The wither and nether mobs is a different issue tho, in the nether using a normal nether world non op players cant hurt pigman or other mobs like sheeps pigs normal zombies etc, as for withers the issue is they despawn in my island world, the only place i can normaly spawn it is in my island as it doesnt despawn, i tested this with just the plugins listed below in the /usb version and essentials+ group manager. Maybe GM is the issue? And if its permissions related whats the permission to allow players to spawn withers on their islands and hit mobs in the nether?

I think something else must be blocking this for you as I can kill the wither on our test server in survival mode and creative mode.
I'm not sure if the nether has to be enabled (which is at the test server) but I will find that out later and let you know.
Tested with an alt account which has no perms besides the default usb perms and still can damage the wither.

Hey i found an anooying bug and is tested that its an issue with permissions, So im using the old method of the nether using multiverse instead of player nether islands but my players cant hurt any mobs in the nether, after some time debugging to find the cause i found that its uskyblock causing it, I gave my mod this permission usb.mod.bypassprotection and it allows them to hurt mobs inside my nether world but if i give this to all players they will be able to grief other islands by killing their mobs.
Also i cant seem to spawn withers on any other islands but mine, if i go to another player island this happens.
And this is on my island

EDIT: Forgot to mention that players cant spawn withers on their own islands, it seems that my island is the only one that can spawn them, theres no worldguard flag that i set to deny their spawns, the config has monsters, animals and npc limits disabled, so theres no limits, players can have as many entities as they want in their islands as i have that disabled.
Investigates a bit more about the wither issue and it seems that if you spawn it above y level 155 or something like that it spawns, but as soon as it goes below it despawns also if you spawn him above 155 y level once it completely spawns and you punch it it despawns.

I was wondering if you could add in the config that it selects one of the schematics that there is to it and disable the Island Restart GUI. So that players can get a random island and not select them so the game get more dynamic.
I hope you can add that, that would make the plugin just perfect for me :D

Many thank you for the translation. The previous cs.po has been created by someone else and unfortunately he never updated or finished the file completely.
I will change this to cs.po and remove the other one as we only need 1 translation of each language (except for the en_GB.po because I can lol).
Your translation will go through a small test (to check for program erros only) and then added if all goes well.

Hi, we are sending you complete translation to Czech. We named it cz.po, correct should be cs.po, but „cs“ its in your plugin, but your translation it is far for complete, so it will be better use our translation.

We have moved to Java 8 in the later updates.
