Ok not to be rude but does the bit that says javadoc not give it away that its a document kind of file??
Any other plugin you have ends with just .jar, so take that one of the 3 listed.
This is basic plugin knowledge....

if you did upgrade to 2.6.8
I can advise you to use to following combination of versions for mv
Multiverse-Core 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b722 (ENABLED) Multiverse-Portals 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b746 (ENABLED) Multiverse-NetherPortals 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b712 (ENABLED)
this combination I have tested and works the best so far do not enter portals in gamemode 1 still a portal bug

When your OP your hunger is affected by the default "extra" perks in the plugin

SgtLegoTown has a good point there, I overlooked that you don't have the MV-NetherPortals plugin.
MV-Portals is missing too, add both of them.

I don't see the multiverse nether portals plugin in your usb v
I tested with : Multiverse-Portals 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b746 (ENABLED) Multiverse-NetherPortals 2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-b712 (ENABLED)
you can add them and see what the portals do

If the skyworld_nether is created fine then the portals should work, clearly this is not the case then.
I suggest to download the v2.6.8 from Github, delete the skyworld and skyworld_nether from the main server folder, delete the uSkyblock folder and the skyworld and skyworld_nether region files from WorldGuard folder (backup might be better at first) and start fresh.
Using old worlds can have conflicting generator issue's, hens the portals not working.
As said before, there is a chunk overlap in v 2.6.8, but this shouldn't be an issue in beginning islands. Were working on a fix for that.

skyworld_nether is created fine, but the portal does not want to go to them. Or they need to build another portal not like the original?

You cant leave the island when your an owner, you need to use /is makeleader command first to allocate a new owner. This will not be added as it will not make sense otherwise.
The abandoned island should be able to delete with /usb island delete (no name) when close up to that island.

Maybe a new option for a new update? add /is leave when you're owner. Also, there's one island that does not remove by doing /usb is delete [name] It says in red: You're entering an aband claim or something

the latest does work on 1.8 as normal, as in my previous message you can see there is an issue with the nether.
/is leave is only to leave the party of an island and was added a long time ago so you should have that and /is delete doesn't exist for players, only admins (with the right permission) and then it would be /usb delete [playername].

Posted May 7, 2016Hi. You probably remember me, I was wondering if I can use the latest uSkyblock (1.9) for my 1.8 server, because the version I am using right know does not have /is leave or /is delete. Like you can not remove your island when you're owner. Does the latest update have that? Or another example: You don't want an island anymore but you've an island already. Is this possible? I guess you dont need my usb version right?

Currently with the v2.6.4 there is a bug that doesnt create the skyworld_nether.
The correct command for using MV-Core should be /mv create skyworld_nether nether -g uSkyblock but this is not the normal way for the plugin.
You can download the Github pre-release here, but you need to disable the "restart" option as there is an other bug that reset's a chunk on the neighbouring islands. This might not be a problem in the beginning, but when players have build up to the region border the will loose out if a neighbour is resetting (we are working on this issue).

I need more info. Post the "full" output of the command /usb version.
How did you create the Nether world?
Also you say that your using multiworld while MultiVerse-Core is in the requierment section. Multiworld is not the most friendly plugin to use for uSkyblock as you need to manual "link" the worlds together.

There is a config option "sendToSpawn", if you set this to true is will send the player to the server spawn.
