UnlimitedAnvil
I run a Minecraft Server for friends and they quickly reached levels of enchanting where the anvil wouldn't allow more enchantments. Therefore it was requested to remove that limitation. Since I couldn't find any comparable plugin that does this, I decided to try to write my own.
Known bug:
Anvil still shows "too expensive", I believe thats a client thing, haven't found a way to get rid of it yet, it will work anyways and thats why you get a message about cost.
Metrics:
As of version 1.0.5-R I'm using bStats to collect metrics about servers the plugin is running on. To opt out go into plugins/bstats and edit the config file

Hi, what version are you on? I can get back into it on the weekend and test it. Otherwise, just try the current version, it should work since there haven't been major changes to the anvil mechanic (AFAIK)
