Health Changes
Health Changes
Health no longer regenerates from having an almost full hunger bar, health can only be regained with golden apples and health potions.
Does not use the gamerule for stopping regeneration to allow for permission based regeneration
Playerlist shows players health level using scoreboards, player health also shown under their name ingame.
Vanilla 0 health bug fixed
Red name for low health
Yellow name for middle health
Green name for high health
Blue name for players with non player list health permissions

Golden apple recipe is now the default recipe in Minecraft!
Notch apple recipe disabled by default and ghast tears do not drop (stops regeneration potions)
Harder recipe for glistering melon and golden carrot
Brewing of splash potions and tier 2 potions disabled by default
Can craft a golden head that heals for 4 hearts instead of the usual 2 hearts for a golden apple, amount regen configurable
Absorption from golden apples removed

Ghasts drop golden ingots in replacement of ghast tears, makes regen potions uncraftable
Players drop their head on death, PvP only flag available. Tries to place the head in the world on a fence but will drop as an item if it can't

Enderpearls cause no damage on teleport (can still take fall damage from bad throws)
Starting a message with 'P ' will make your chat anonymous to everyone on the server that doesn't have permission to see names (default op)
e.g. Saying 'P This message is anonymous!' will show up like this:

Allows the world to generate with a bedrock wall to contain players within a certain distance
(Use of WorldBorder still recommended in conjunction with the borders if necessary), different shapes available

Commands /heal and /feed for resetting a player/players health/hunger
Command /ci for clearing a player/players inventory
Command /feature for listing enabled features and changing enabled features on the fly without restart
Can scatter a player/players with set parameters (radius, centre coords, world and scatter type) with configurable delay between sequential teleports. Can teleport people as a team (for more info check the commands page)
Command /freeze that will give all players without a specific permission specified
potion effects from the config file making it very difficult for them to move/do anything.

Players leave 'footprints' behind them as they travel, disabled if ProtocolLib is not found
Hardcore hearts are shown instead of normal hearts for players, disabled if ProtocolLib is not installed

Posted Mar 29, 2012Hey for some reason my server doesn't spawn people in random places when they join, heres my config, what am I doing wrong?
I want my players to spawn a minimum of 10 blocks from the center, and only within a 500 block radius of the points X = 0 and Z = 0

Whenever the ticker runs it saves all the players positions, so if they leave the boundaries they get sent a message saying they left and are teleported to the last saved position and turned around 180 degrees

Only world borders and forcing diffculty 3 have world configs right now, a few more things can be changed to per world (like the no regen) but some others will have to be serverwide (like the playerlist)

Do you mean 1 gold block or 8? 8 gold blocks is a bit excessive for 2 hearts health, and 1 gold block is only 1 extra ingot.

The goal is to have that kind of functionality so that it will generate the temporary worlds e.t.c. and handle everything inside. Might take a while to reach that though

Posted Mar 28, 2012This is amazing! I didn't even know anyone made this for Bukkit. I'm interested in adding this to our current server but I'd like to know if the new game-mode could be completely separated from other maps on the server (we use MultiVerse and have maps we don't want UH).
Some suggestions/ideas: 1. More MultiWorld support. 2. A sign up system. Example every 2-3 hours (configurable) Players in the regular maps can type '/hardcore join' and when 5-6 players (configurable) join; they are auto ported to the random positions in the UH map and battle begins.

If you're updating from 0.3.5 or earlier you should delete your config.yml before using the plugin due to major changes in the file

Oh I misread what you said about spawn radius as being about the world boundaries, yeah I'll add in an override for the spawn area center and add a minimum distance too, I like that. I can spawn a chest near where they spawn but I'd rather not do that, if its item they automatically start off with on first spawn though I can do that yes

Posted Mar 28, 2012@ghowden Yeah I want to put like treasure in the middle (Kinda like in the Hunger Games) and I dont want some people spawning too close to the middle as to get an advantage. Also is there a way to spawn something near or right where the person randomly spawns? Maybe like spawning in a chest or something?

You can change the center of the border radius, its in the config files as x y z for the world. Not too sure how useful the inner limit is, is there a specific reason why?

Posted Mar 28, 2012Been looking for a good plugin like this! Could you add something where you put the coordinates of the center of the world border radius? Also can you put something more specific for spawning boundries? Like have it so they can be up to 300 blocks from the center but farther than 200 blocks from the center? I love this plugin as it is and hope it continues to improve!
