Deathmarine will update ultrabans as soon as possible.
Ultrabans is an administration tool that gives the user
more tools than a simple ban. Most of the commands
are self explanatory, considering the server aficionado
will most likely have they're own methods of administration.
Ex: warn, kick, fine+kick, fine+tempban, ban, ect.
This is a box'o'tools use to your discretion.

--User was kicked for spam.It doesn't really check for command usage at all, It should be monitoring chat. Those options are configurable. The warn system was never designed to reset warns. It was a means to record actions made by players. I've made a configuration option to reset warnings on bans but not for kicks.
I may setup a system for development build but as soon as there is a beta I'll be submitting an update.

Where can i get DEV versions? Latest release is too much buggy, dont know why. For example warn system is brokem since it doesnt reset warns when player is kicked/tempbaned. Spam checker is also sometimes broken - player gets kicked for spam, he logs back and write one simple command (/ma j, /fly, etc) and gets kicked again for spam, thats wierd.

The plugin runs perfectly fine on 1.4.5R0.2 Beta build. If your using a development build for 1.4.5R0.3 then it will most likely break. With that, I can't support development builds. The plugin will update concurrently with the bukkit project. :)

yea both my servers are on the same machine, however when I tempban someone on one server they are still able to log on to the other, even when /checkban says they are banned which is really strange

I'm running this plugin on 6 servers, all connected to one database. No problems whatsoever.
This works perfectly as long as all your server and SQL-databas are on one machine. In other case, you'll need to disable bind-adress in you MySQL config. You'll also need to create a new SQL-user with corresponding rights, to use it with servers from other machines.
e.g: On your main machine, where MySQL database is Ultrabans config will be something like this:
MySQL:
Database: 'jdbc:mysql://localhost/your_database'
User: 'root'
Password: 'passwd'
And on other machines:
MySQL:
Database: 'jdbc:mysql://your.main,machine.ip/your_database'
User: 'new_user'
Password: 'passwd'

Posted Nov 30, 2012Hey Death_marine. Thought I'd let ya know about a few issues I'm experiencing on 1.4.5 R 0.2 with the latest version of UltraBans.
/dupeip - Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It usually doesn't work. When it doesn't, it say "Unable to view IP for [PlayerName]." However, /checkip seems to always work. Even with the people that /dupeip doesn't work on.
/ipban - Sometimes this doesn't work. When it doesn't, it says something like: "Can't ban IP. Account banned." or similar. The staff member that brought this to my attention can't remember the exact message, so sorry about that. But, basically, it doesn't ban their IP, but it bans their account name.
Also, with the both of the above issues, no errors pop in console. It's very odd. Look into this when you get the time and hit me up. I appreciate it! Keep up the awesome work, my friend!
*Note*
By "latest version" I mean 2.0.1. Just thought I'd clarify. :)

Posted Nov 28, 2012My Players are getting warned for language. For example, someone said "class" but they got warned for saying "ass". How can i fix this so they only get warned for saying "ass".

Posted Nov 22, 2012Hi, i have a question on how the case sensitivity is for when a player uses swear word. If i spell the swear word lower case in the config, will it also block any uppercase of that same swearword.
