It shouldn't be too difficult for MySQL, a lot of plugins utilise it. If you can find one that offers MySQL then take a look at the source you should get the idea of it. Especially since you would only be using Insert and Modify on the database.

Posted Jun 15, 2014Please add Warnings too, that is something that will really put you up against Essentials.
Also have a command like /seen which will display current bans, mutes, freezes etc and the lengths.
Maybe also allow logging ALL bans, mutes etc to a MySQL database to be loaded and displayed on a website?

I do not think this is needed. Making a permissions plugin is hard. But I will first try to make a stable build with no errors.
Uploaded v0.2.0, looks like it is very stable.
I recommend using Vault + Permissionsex, but any permissions plugin using Vault is supported.
