Description
A Skyrim inspired leveling plugin very similar to mcMMO!
You decide to buy what skillpoints you want to increase your skills.
Features
Most of the features are similar to mcMMO, but the main objective of this plugin was to change the way of leveling for mcMMO, which can spare the amount of CPU and ram being used. But at the same time adding a bit more then mcMMO has. As you level your skills up you will notice a slight improvement at that skill as it goes up!
Localization - Configure any message!
Upgrade what skills, you want to upgrade! Also similar to Skyrim!
Better with CPU then mcMMO - No logging on every action!

NOTE: Commands are dynamic,it can be changed in the config. This is the default.
/skills allocate [skillname] [amount] >> Allocate skillpoints
/skills dislocate [skillname] [amount] >> Disocate skillpoints
/skills reload >> Reload config. (Only OP,later permission)
/skills buy [amount] >> Buy skillpoints.
Permissions
They will be added later on.
Installation
Download latest file and put it to your 'plugins/' folder.
Then restart your server or load it with PlugMan or with other plugin manager.

Posted Oct 22, 2012@ftfc try setting the things you want 'disabled' to 0.0 for Damage-Modifier-Per-Level? My guess is if there's no change, it's technically 'disabled'.

Unarmed: enabled: false Damage-Modifier-Per-Level: 0.1 Critical-Hit-Damage-Modifier: 1.0 Critical-Hit-Chance-Per-Level: 0.1 maxlevel: 15
this and all skills which have Enabled set to false still show up and are accessible by all.

Posted Oct 9, 2012I like the look of this plugin, can you point me in the direction of where i can read a break-down on what eack skill does so my players can understand its benefits better?
Maybe adding a '/skills info [skillname] ' command would be a good idea. Maybe add a configurable dislocate fee/ charge
