What it does
If you plan on hosting a public Ultra Hardcore Tournament, this plugin is for you!
It will prevented unwanted and untrustworthy players from joining your tournament, without having to manually sync your servers banlist with that of /r/ultrahardcore.
How it does it
/r/ultrahardcore maintains a list of known cheaters and their alternate accounts. This list is stored on a webserver, which is updated weekly. The plugin grabs that list, and prevents players on the list from joining. Every time your server starts, it gets the latest banlist available. When a player on the global banlist joins, they are added to banlist.txt and kicked from the server
Why it does it
The cheaters which are globally banned are known for ruing the game by doing things such as flying, using xray, nodus, DOS attacks on players (more commonly known as DDoS), and being racist/spamming and harassing players

A global ban list of known cheaters for servers that can't allow those kind of players to come to those kind of servers where everyone should be on the same level. And I don't see what's the fun in cheating anyway. It's not like Olympics, you do not earn anything in real life.
