To run this plugin with Spigot 1.8 you will need the latest version of uCars and the latest version of Spigotmc's updated Protocollib. uCars is a bukkit car plugin with lots of optional, awesome extra features. For more info on this plugin, read about the plugin below! uCars is cars in minecraft. It is made by the stormdev team. Happy driving in your cars! (Yes cars, cars, cars, cars, cars! You really can drive cars with this plugin! If you want your cars to be craftable, upgradeable,etc... Then also download uCarsTrade; if you just want super smooth cars with an extensive API then just download this car plugin! (You may also consider downloading the MarioKart addon if yours if a minigame server))
uCars is an incredibly versatile, seamless car plugin for Minecraft. It offers players the chance to drive around in Minecarts smoothly as if they were part of the game.

There is another option, create a ticket requesting the feature and patiently wait for the next update (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/ucars/create-ticket/), get a permissions plugin that supports per-world permissions and don't give people the drive or place permission for that world. :D

Posted Oct 9, 2013Since we need Ucars only because we want to use the MarioKart plugin, would it be too much effort and extra costs. Then we’ll have to reject it, too bad. Please take this as an suggestion of improvement to upgrade it someday to a multiworld plugin. Maybe other people feel the same way.

No they don't! Replace per-minecraftServer payement with paying for a proper server (like a vps) and host two servers with half of the vps' RAM allocated to each! :D Just as cheap!

Posted Oct 7, 2013@Marv55H Fuel stations are already added (fuel signs), drivers licenses are added (ulicense) and finally admin fuel (infinite fuel) can be done with ufuel bypass permission, which is also added! :D

Please read the documentation, for better jumping please use the jump block. NOT just a shear drop, that's minecraft physics. Whereas with the jump block it jumpa nicely.

Whatever the issue is with perms, check the tutorials for your plugin. You must be doing it wrong! Either PEX is broken, you're using it wrong or you need to use a different permissions plugin. I recommend PermissionsBukkit as it has all the features that the others have (inc. groups) and is the most stable/reliable one! :D

Posted Oct 4, 2013awesome plugin, but I noticed one problem with the permissions. when I give permission ucars.cars and ucars.ucars to a group in PEX, the users in that group still don't have permission. If I give individual users permission, they can use cars. is there a reason why adding these permissions to a group doesn't work?
