To run this plugin with Spigot 1.8 you will need the latest version of uCars and the latest version of Spigotmc's updated Protocollib. The 1.8 compatible ProtocolLib can be downloaded from http://ci.shadowvolt.com/job/ProtocolLib/ (courtesy of http://spigotmc.org )! The newest version of uCars can be downloaded from https://stormdev.org/jenkins/

Summary

uCars is a bukkit car plugin with lots of optional, awesome extra features. For more info on this plugin, read about the plugin below! uCars is cars in minecraft. It is made by the stormdev team. Happy driving in your cars! (Yes cars, cars, cars, cars, cars! You really can drive cars with this plugin! If you want your cars to be craftable, upgradeable,etc... Then also download uCarsTrade; if you just want super smooth cars with an extensive API then just download this car plugin! (You may also consider downloading the MarioKart addon if yours if a minigame server))

uCars is an incredibly versatile, seamless car plugin for Minecraft. It offers players the chance to drive around in Minecarts smoothly as if they were part of the game.

uCars also comes with many other optional cool addons to make driving that bit more fun!

Late reply, this means the plugin is disabled because of a compatibility error, it would be best to pastebin your latest.log

This is a very cool plug-in which adds a nice feature to a minecraft city type build. I'd like to use it on a project I am working on, but can not get the effect blocks to work. Is there any chance that this plug-in will be updated to work on version 1.12 or maybe even 1.13?

I can not say that I have much understanding of error reports, but according to the first part:

Excessive velocity set detected:
it seems to me that you put a too high velocity (cart driving speed) in the uCars config.yml. Try to lower it and see if it helps. Mine is at 50 with no problems, higher should work but I never really tested a lot of different speeds.

It could also be a problem with the 1.8 version which it seems you are using. Maybe updating to a later server version will help. But I am not sure.

That is strange. Try putting it at 40 or 50, Maybe in between the ten's is not possible.

I seem to be able to drive over carpet. Only thing is that the cart floats a bit (floating up and down a little), however it works for me.

If you have uCarsTrade, De-install it to check if that is the problem, otherwise look in uCarsTrade config for option to drive non-trade cars (Don't remember correct name for it)

Otherwise there might be a problem with your ucars config. Delete it and restart your server (reloading uCars won't work).

If you want to create more cool features i hope to see some of my features:

Feature idea:

- Personal Minecart [Buy one]

- Saved in Inventory

- Hotbar to show fuel level

- Cooler Car(Minecart)

Check out Forge_User_53417291. It already has some of those options. I am not sure if that still works with the latest MC version though.

You should always try the latest version located on Storms Jenkins page.

At least be sure to check the config because by default normal (un-owned) minecarts will not move drive. I noticed this makes a lot of people think the plugins are broken.

How do I make Traffic Lights? The pictures in the help page aren't showing and I don't understand how to make them.
