1. When you sign in to your Twitter Here, then Click the Create New Application Button

2. Fill in the Required information. Callback URL is NOT required.

3. Click the Settings Tab on the top bar.

4. Change Application Type to Read, Write and Access direct Messages.

5. Save Changes by Clicking the Update this Twitter application's Settings Button on the bottom of the page.

6. Go to the Details Tab and Click the Create my access token button.

7. Click the OAuth tool tab and make note of 4 Keys and enter them into the Config.yml along with your twitter username.
