TTT (Trouble In Terrorist Town)

What is TTT?
Inspired by the popular Garry's Mod gamemode Trouble In Terrorist Town, this plugin attempts to emulate the game in Minecraft. At the start of a round, players are assigned a role: Innocent, or Traitor. It is the job of each group to eliminate the other. While the traitors are outnumbered, they have the advantage of knowing the role of all players. It will be up to the Innocents to decide who should live, and who's a traitor.
Note: This plugin requires the latest version of Steel.

Help, It's Broken!
If you should encounter a bug not listed on this BukkitDev project, please create an issue explaining in detail the bug and the steps taken to produce it. Please include an error log (if applicable), as I generally can't do anything without it. Please refrain from reporting bugs in the comments!
Translating TTT
I've set up a Crowdin page to help organize translations for the plugin. If you speak a language other than English, you can head over and contribute translations which will eventually be included in the plugin. It's really easy to use, and has an intuitive interface to make translating as painless as possible.
bStats/Telemetry
This plugin is designed to submit anonymous usage statistics to bStats.org. This includes a UUID, the Java version, online mode, plugin version, server version, OS version and arch, CPU core count, player count, and metrics version. This may be toggled via the plugin-metrics config key. Click here to see them.
Additionally, TTT submits anonymous usage data to a remote server. This includes a UUID, the plugin version, the Flint API level, the plugin's operating mode, and summary statistics regarding arenas and rounds. This may be toggled via the enable-telemetry config key.
Disclaimer
TTT includes an auto-updater which will automatically download new updates to the plugin by default. This may be toggled via the auto-update key in the config.

Does the plugin load properly without errors? Does it show up in red font when you run /plugins?

It does; it uses separate worlds as arenas.

Ah, apologies; didn't realise you used the same section for suggestions. I've now posted a ticket.

The plugin has a ticket system; there's a link at the top of the page (it's one of the tabs) as well as at the bottom of the main content.

Posted May 17, 2013Hi, don't think you have a ticket system for suggestions so I'll post them here: (I suggest adding one btw, useful for keeping track of.)
- Can you please add support for alternative commands of some sort. We intend on using this plugin on a large scale server, and being able to type '/join' and '/leave' for example, would be very useful. Maybe make it configurable for servers that use this alongside other mini-games? Potentially we're going to be running 20 or so maps using it if your plugin scales well, and typing the /ttt does seem a bit pointless as this is going to be the only mini-game on the server.
Btw, we're happy to help you test for bug fixing if you need something like this; as we're going to be running this on a server pretty much by itself. If you're interested then please PM me, if not; then no worries. You probably have someone helping you with this sort of thing already. :-)

I suppose I could add a feature where it hides items in chests, and I could add an option to remove the gun. As for changing the spawnpoint, you need only change the spawn of the world (you can do this in MCEdit).

Alright, alright. I'll work on adding support later today (this doesn't necessarily mean removing the safeguard, though), and upload the build as soon as I'm done. After I've made the change, it will be available on the Jenkins server (linked to on the main page) long before it will be here.

You're digging a trench between your plugin and many major servers out there. Yes, it's right not to support pirates, but many offline servers are just BungeeCord users.

Posted May 15, 2013I advise you to look up on bungee cord http://www.spigotmc.org/forums/bungeecord.21/
All users get Authenticated in the standard way. The hivemc use it them selves. So do we (Sky-sg.net) , Shotbow, in fact every large server network does. So I admire your stand but in this case your shooting yourself in the foot. We have 3K on this and loads are requesting it.
Thanks hope you take a quick read.

Honestly, I have no idea what BungeeCord even is, so I'd have also have no idea as to how to check for it. Anyway, I still don't wish to support offline servers, as running BungeeCord is the owner's choice.

You should be able to check if the server is running via bungeecord, I believe. That way you can still have the safeguard for traditional offline mode servers, while allowing Bungee networks (which are becoming more and more popular these days) to work with your plugin.

Bukkit does not support offline mode.
