Troll-Op is a funny plugin I decided to randomly make after being hammered on my new server with players asking for Op. I made this plugin for fun, and pure desire of messing with people.
What it does:
Troll-op's intended use is to.. Well mess with non-op players. ;) If you have that one guy who keeps asking for op, tell him to say '/opme' and he'll get a little suprise. Not op though. No no, he'll instead get half a hunger left (1), and sent a message telling him he's been trolled :P

None, its brand new. I just made it.
