All permissions listed are automatically given to anyone with OP on your server.

Permission	Description	Command
tribes.bypass	Allows the user to bypass tribe protection and build/destroy in any Tribe.	N/A
tribes.new.other	Allows the user to create tribes for other users.	/t new <tribe> <user>
tribes.new.self	Allows the user to create their own tribe.	/t new <tribe>
tribes.admin	Allows the user to use all tribe admin commands.	/t help 4
