You need a cauldron: /give <player> 380 /give <player> cauldron
Commands and Permissions:
/thrashname Check what the thrashname is! Permission: trash.trashname
/settrashname <Name for all thrashes> Set the name the trashers! Permission: trash.settrashname
Permission for defaults for use the trasher: trash.use
Other Info: You can change the Thrashers name with a command like this /settrashname <Name>. But you can change it also in the config, but you must be reload the server! You don't need reload the server when you use the command!

Thnx for your suggestion, but in a real thrasher you don't say "Are you sure you gonna throw this away". But thanx for your comment!

Suggestion: add an option in config to change the size of the trashcan.
Suggestion: add two blocks on bottom row of the trashcan where user had to click both red blocks to green blocks to confirm to delete the items in the trashcan. Maybe using red wool and green wool to represent this changes by user? Also using lore to display the status? I hope you could add these features.
Also, the confirm blocks/door are bind and not moveable and always be on the lowest row.

both blocks had to be green blocks in order to delete the items otherwise, the items are return to play inventory.

Lore G/R - deletion confirm Door - ok Also, with the bottom row using for control. only max slots is available for delete items is 45.
If you think the option to change the size of the trashcan is too much. maybe you can just use 18 slot and with one more row for control deletion so total of 27 slots.
