I created FactionsPlus, and now I bring you TownyPlus.
TownyPlus adds features to Towny that the original developers did not add.
Features
TownyPlus adds a few new features ontop Towny:
Town Warps
Allows you to create warps inside your Town to be accessible by Town members.
Town Notices
Allow people with a high enough rank to create notices. These are seen on login, on town land enter, and via /town notices (configureable)
Town Jails
Someone need some punishment? Send them to your towns dedicated jail.
Town Banishment
Kick someone out of your town for life! Banish them. This will deny them from rejoining your Town at all (you can pardon them though!)
Several fixes and cheat fixers
Those little annoyances are being fixed as early as they come. We implement more specific land checking of the user, to ensure that the uses x,y,z location is inside their Town land before commencing with further checks.
PLEASE consider a small donation of any kind, all donations are really motivational.
Feature suggestions are allowed, please submit a ticket and select enhancement, make sure you search and ensure this idea hasn't already been accepted/declined.

Posted Aug 1, 2013Hi, I noticed from your GitHub that you're still working on this, mind if I suggest something?
I want to only allow town residents to use certain commands within the town, such as /sethome, unless the mayor toggles something to say otherwise. This could be configured so that a number of commands would be disabled for outsiders inside a certain town area. Expanding this so residents can't allow anyone to /tpa or /tpahere into the town unless the mayor says so would also be great.
I'll post more if I get any more ideas, but hopefully this can be added :P

I'm also considering making a Factions and Towny uh, bridge? I've seen two plugins that do it. But bother are not very customisable.
Since there appears to be 3 people interested I will go ahead with it then. Feel free to make suggestions at your own will. :-)

Follow development on GitHub. Recently had a minor operation on my back, should get into dev soon.
Waiting on Towny developers to add the ability to "hook into" Towny's help system (which is a mess).
Working on it though, hoping to get some more interest though.
