TouhouSnowballs
Description
TouhouSnowballs turns snowballs into danmaku! Right click with a one of the trigger items to shoot a spray of fast moving snowballs. Kill mobs and players to gain power; more power = more danmaku!
Warning: May lead to chaotic danmaku fights or Touhou roleplaying!
Trigger items
Snowball - Random spray
Rose Red - Spear
Cactus Green - Horizontal spray
Cocoa Beans - Vertical spray
Lapis Lazuli - Ring
Feather - Toggle flying in survival
Installation
1. Put it in the plugins folder of your server
2. Set up permissions
3. Run/reload the server
4. (Optional) Edit the config and reload the server
5. Enjoy!
Permission nodes
touhousnowballs.snowball - Permission for basic spray pattern
touhousnowballs.rosered - Permission for spear/pillar pattern
touhousnowballs.cactusgreen - Permission for horizontal spray pattern
touhousnowballs.cocoabeans - Permission for vertical spray pattern
touhousnowballs.lapislazuli - Permission for ring pattern
touhousnowballs.feather: - Allows player to enable/disable flying in survival with a feather
touhousnowballs.* - Permission for all

Posted Sep 1, 2013More spell card ideas. Fantasy Seal (Nether Brick): Shoots out giant chunks of snowballs that home in to nearby players. Perfect Freeze (Ice): Stops all snowballs, then they all scatter in random directions. And Then Will There Be None (Blaze Rod): Player turns invisible and starts automatically shooting snowballs in the direction he is NOT looking. Evil Sealing Circle: Shoots one snowball which then blows up into lots of snowballs in a sphere which then implodes. Blind Nightbird (Ink Sac): Blinds nearby players, then scatters snowballs everywhere.

Posted Jul 6, 2013Awesome plugin but is there a way to make it so that you need the snowballs in your inventory and they run out as you click with the rose red or cactus green or whatever you happen to be using? Because without that it is extremely overpowered

Posted May 25, 2013Updated! Added configuration and flying in survival, and fixed some things.
(And I tried using other items instead of snowballs, but it didn't work too well. Arrows were too laggy, as they left arrows all over everything, and fireballs were only allowed to move at a constant speed.)

As in change the item that is spawned into a ring from a snowball to an arrow or fire charge. For Example: Let's say you make the item id in a config for the plugin to the id of a firecharge. In game, when you fire a ring, you would fire a ring of fire charges instead of snowballs. Same thing for potions, arrows, eggs (regular, non spawneggs), any other projectile weapon.

Posted Apr 29, 2013Some ideas I had for the next update:
- Master Spark (gold nugget): Fires all snowballs in inventory in a single, huge, blast.
- Slash of Heaven and Earth (iron sword while sneaking): diagonal slash pattern that goes really far.
- Lunatic Red Eyes (carrot): Blast in all directions.
