The permissions won't work. If someone want to help me, please add the permission code in the TNTWarnerEntityListener.java
The first who fix it, have the first look at my next plugin.
If you didn't use the native API's you normally don't have to update the plugin. My plugins are still fine and work on Bukkit 1118(Latest at the time).
Found a bug...
Even if I have the permission TNTWarner.canplace, I still can't blow up TNT. I checked your source code and its because you haven't got any permissions code in your TNTWarnerEntityListener.java
