I don't know if you still care about this plugin but he totally works in 1.18 ! I'm just wondering how can I give permissions to access the commands to normal users ? Only OP can use it actually and that's not very practical.

If you are using LuckPerms or a similar plugin, you can simply give users the permissions "TNTReady.use" and/or "EnableTNT.use"!
