TitleMC
This is a plugin it has many functions. It is possible to make Title Join headers and footers, and Subtitles with commands or config
Only 1.8 and 1.8.1
Installation:
- Put the jar-File in your plugins folder.
- Restart your server or type /reload.
- Edit your config.
- Reload or Restart the server!
Commands:
- /titlemc
- /titlemc title
- /titlemc subtitle
- /titlemc fadein
- /titlemc fadeout
- /titlemc toggle
- /titlemc reload To Reload this Plugin
Permissions:
- bp.set
Features:
If it's blue then it's done. If it's red then it means it's going to be done. If it's green then it means it's done but not released yet.

Metrics:
Metrics is used to collect plugin statistics. Only data such as plugin version and players online is collected. If you do not wish for this data to be collected, disable it in the 'Plugin Metrics' folder of your 'plugins' directory by changing opt-out to true! 
Do you have some tips for this plugin just make a little command or a ticket.
I am sorry that any updates come but the project was gone I have to program it again please tolerated interfere and you will soon get a tutorial
