TitleEdit
TitleEdit allows users to easily set a title for themselves from a list of custom titles that can be created at ease. Adding custom titles is as easy as typing the title into the configuration file.

Installation
- Download the latest release of TitleEdit.
- Move the plugin to the plugins folder.
- Start or reload server.
Example Config
Commands
- /titles - Displays the available titles.
- /set [titleName] - Sets the title of choice.
- /set [playerName] [titleName] - Sets title of certain player
- /removetitle - Removes current title.
- /removetitle [playerName] - Removes certain players title

I am not sure if it shows these custom titles in the tablist or in game chat but if it does show in game chat or you can manage to get that working i would love you.

Dev builds are bundled with all the essentials plugins.

I do have that disabled. That is not what i mean though. I just want to know if it's possible to stack custom titles over prefixes given by group manager.

TitleEdit is not compatible with Essentials. Sorry. In order to use TitleEdit with Essentials you need to set "change-displayname" in the Essentials config.yml to false.
